Finch’s Beer

Finch’s Beer, the most recent addition to Chicago’s growing community of craft breweries, recently released Golden Wing Blonde Ale, a medium-bodied blond ale, and Cut Throat Pale Ale, a stronger, more bracing ale with more hops. Finch’s uses the finest ingredients to ensure that each batch measures up to their standards. Golden Wing and Cut Throat are on tap at selected bars and restaurants and in cans at stores throughout the Chicago area. Benjamin Finch, owner and managing partner, and Richard Grant, owners and brewmaster, both earned BFAs in Visual Communication from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
